Looking after yourself as lockdown restrictions ease
 
 

With lockdown restrictions easing, schools back open, and more and more people receiving their vaccine, there is a lot to be optimistic about. But many of us will have mixed feelings about things changing, and that is only natural. We may be anxious about our routine changing, we may be struggling with the idea of socializing again, we may feel nervous if we've been shielding, or we may just feel overwhelmed.
 
 
However you're feeling right now is valid, and there is no need to feel guilty if you aren't feeling excited or relieved. It's important to remember that there is no template for dealing with this situation, and no "right" way to feel. So be kind to yourself and reach out for help if you need it.  ❤
